This morning Elizabeth and myself found the 57' Disney movie Ole Yeller in midshowing. She sat for a long time watching the movie. I told her see the ole yeller dog...it is like Bailey our neighbors dog whom she loves very much. She finally came over and got in my lap and was watching it with me. She was very into it for a two year old.
During the scene where Chuck Connor ... Ole Yeller's original owner is fixin to leave the Coates place and letting the young Travis know about the epidemic of rabies, Elizabeth was really getting into the show. As Connors mounts his horse and starts to leave Travis waves at him and Connor waves back. As Connors starts to waves Elizabeth raises her hand on que and waves back at him as if he was waving at her. She was so cute.
Anyway, outside of Elmo and Barney I was surprised she would sit still long enough to watch this classic.
