here in Los Alamos where we need it. Hopefully it will clear up in Texas since this much cold weather can have negative effects at times.
I was looking at our 2006 moisture on this chart image.
We got plenty of summer rains and the snow fall for Nov and Dec are looking good. Luckily for us it did not start snowing until we got back in late November and then we missed the late Dec snow so we could get home without any real delays.
On November 29th we got just about 7 inches of snow and then around the 18th thru 20th of Dec we got about 6 inches of snow with the 19th being majority of it. That was when Colorado pretty much shutdown...airport and interstates with their blizzard. Then while we were gone to Angelo there was about three days of snow 18.5 inches of snow that was part of the storm that hit New Mexico and close down our interstates. So since July 1st we have had about 32 inches of snow for 2006. Since the new year we have had several nice snows that keeps us good and white.
And it is still snowing right now and might run into Monday. Since the November snow the back of my truck has had snow in it and has not dried up yet. Good for weight over my back tires.
